Our rental plan is designed to provide time to establish whether musical aptitude & interest exist, while accumulating rental credit toward the purchase of the rented instrument, or one of equal or greater value.

Rental form can be conveniently completed on line. Minimum rental period is ONE month. Convenient payment options are available.
- Autopay from debit/credit or checking accounts require NO additional security deposit upon completion of the rental contract.
- If one chooses to pay in cash or be billed monthly, then we require a credit card on file or a minimum cash deposit of $50.00 or 10% of the value of the instrument, whichever is greater. Also the rental rates on these instruments will have a $2.00 charge added due to the increasing cost of mailing monthly statements.
No interest charges are added to our rent only contract.
All instruments are professionally adjusted and serviced between rentals on-site.
ALL TAXES AND MAINTENANCE FEES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATES. NO ADDITIONAL FEES ARE ADDED TO THE CONTRACT, except $2.00 for billed customers.
There is no additional cost for normal maintenance or repairs, unless an instrument is irreparably damaged. Normal repair time is usually less than 3 days, except during the summer. If the instrument is totally destroyed, lost, or stolen, the customer must buy the instrument outright, but will receive rental credit plus a purchase discount.
We can help you secure an ALL-RISK insurance policy available through Music Agency, Inc.(www.musicagencyinc.com) to protect your rented instrument. This very affordable insurance is approved by the State of Washington Insurance Commission.
Customers have the option to return the instrument or purchase the instrument at any time. Purchase discounts are available.
At any time, if the contract is current, the renter may switch to a different type of instrument while maintaining all or a substantial amount of their rental credit.
Rental customers qualify for special offers and discounts during the year.
We rent to school districts located in Whatcom and Skagit Counties.
We require insurance on a full size cello rental contracts.

All of our rentals are student model instruments that are set up to MENC standards (www.menc.org). Our rates are determined by the age of the instrument. (The longer it has been in the rental fleet, the less expensive it becomes.) Tax and maintenance are included in rental rate.
